AsthaGen offers reagents to obtain high molecular weight DNA from a
variety of specimens such as tissues, plants, soil and microbes. The isolated DNA can be
used for PCR amplification or library construction purposes.
- Yields DNA greater than 75 kb in length from microbial specimens
- Does not use phenol and chloroform
- DNA is ready for PCR, restriction digestion, cloning and related applications
