Buffer for Re-probing Western Blots

AsthaGen’s Western Recycling Buffer System provides ready-to-use reagent for Stripping Western Blots for Re-probing to be used with another antibody of choice. The buffer doses not contain any reagent, which has unpleasant smell. The solution is easy to use and removes antibody within 20 minutes of washing the membrane with only two changes of western recycling buffer. The blots can be re-probed 3-4 times with 10-30% loss in signal intensities.
