Standard cDNA Library Construction
- We guarantee to provide 3-5x106 primary clones
- Average insert size is least 1-1.5 kb and Over 90% recombinants
- The libraries can be made directionally and in the choice of vector for your special needs
- Two size selected cDNA libraries are provided (0.5 - 2 kb and 2+ Kb)
- For quality control purposes we test 10-15 random clones by PCR or restriction digestion
- The library is provided in glycerol or DMSO
Normalized cDNA Libraries
- Normalization is carried out at various Cot levels (Cot10, Cot50 or Cot500) according to relative abundance to genes that needs to be normalized
- Percent Normalization is tested by:
- Relative PCR for house keeping genes and low abundant genes
- Colony/plaque hybridization of 3,000 30,000 clones before and after normalization
- DNA sequencing of 96 random cDNA clones
- We guarantee to provide 1x106 primary clones
- Two size selected cDNA libraries are provided (0.5 - 2 kb and 2+ Kb)
- Average inserts size of at least 1 -1.5 kb and over 90% recombinants
- The libraries can be made directionally and in the choice of vector for your specific needs
Subtracted cDNA Libraries
- Subtraction is carried out according to relative abundance to genes that needs to be subtracted
- Percent Subtraction are tested by:
- Relative PCR for house keeping genes and low abundant genes
- Colony/plaque hybridization of 3,000 30,000 clones before and after subtraction
